- Dealing with customers
- Checking in customers
- Answering customer enquiries- Using the booking system
- Process payments
- General cleaning duties
- Helping other staff where needed.
- Other Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance to Hostel operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards.
- Handling customer complaints and other issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Responsible for checking social media and answering any questions.
- Responsible for posting updated videos and content on social media channels.
