- Develop and execute improved event strategies and directions for future events on time.
- Assisting with overseas events when necessary.
- Coordinate 3D layout design for structured planning of the venue floor plan before the event.
- Support the Project Lead in overseeing the events’ floor plan, escalating any strategic decisions required.
- Manage on ground operations, identify operational gaps and implement new operational ideals & procedures.
- Troubleshoot and handle all issues that arise.
- Research, contact, and negotiate with vendors to optimize event execution.
- Achieve sales targets, contribute to budget planning, monitor ongoing expenses, and ensure targeted ROI for each event.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for successful marketing campaigns before the event launch.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure goods arrive promptly before the event launch.
- Coordinate with relevant departments such as Finance, Marketing, Events Team etc for any other preparations to ensure event deliverables are met.
- Review the outcomes and key learnings from each events to identify areas for improvement and ensure even greater success in future endeavors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ฿40,000.00 - ฿50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thailand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
