Senior HR Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Devise, strategize, and implement selection procedures, including conducting interviews and screening calls, managing assessment processes using designated tools, and overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Supervise all sourcing activities, administer corporate resources, implement applicant tracking systems, and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Collaborate closely with management to ensure fair hiring practices in all diversity initiatives related to recruitment.
- Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring prompt and accurate completion of all necessary paperwork.
- Generate recruitment statistics reports, maintain system accuracy, document all processes, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Demonstrate 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment or HRM Practitioner roles.
- Showcase hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, employing diverse interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with labor laws in Thailand and other countries where our businesses operate.
- Skilled in developing scalable talent acquisition programs and processes, encompassing sourcing platforms, social media recruitment strategies, interview training, and feedback procedures.
