**Job Purpose**
**The Senior HR Supervisor will be mainly responsible for recruitment and training functions for all employee levels. This person will work independently to plan and manage their day-to-day tasks and provide all related reports to the HR Manager.**

**Role & Responsibilities**
- **Accountable in keeping record, provide report analysis of recruitment activities.**:

- **Involve in all employee engagement activities, employee survey activities, filing all data and record, analysis and provide relevant reports.**:

- **Responsible for employee training activities both internal and external.**:

- **Responsible for the whole process of submitting training plan to the department of development for tax saving purpose. Keep training record and provide reports to the management.**:

**Fair to good in English communication skills.**
