- Drive company results from a financial and operational standpoint, collaborating closely with the CFO, CEO, and other key executive team members.
- Collaborate with the CFO to achieve favorable financial results in sales operations, medical operations, profitability, cash flow management, mergers and acquisitions, system protocol process and implementation, internal control and reporting. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance, and profitability.
- Develop effective measurement tools to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
- Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the company’s operational condition; and Oversee the business development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
- Collaborate closely with the senior management team to develop, implement, and roll out strategies for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems, and business policies that promote growth, profitability, and efficiencies.
- Promote corporate culture and vision by fostering a growth-oriented, positive, and encouraging atmosphere and holding workers and management responsible to company rules, procedures, and guidelines.
- As one of the company’s major leaders, motivate and encourage personnel at all levels, including but not limited to professional staff, management level employees, and executive leadership team members.
- Participate in the company’s road shows and work with the CEO and CFO on capital raises. Meet, communicate, and effectively deliver information to possible investors and private equity venture firms.
- Collaborate with other c-level executives on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for individual projects or departments.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
- MSc/MBA or any related filed.
- 5 to 10 years working experiences of executive level operational experience required
- 10++ years at the COO level is preferred
- Exceptional executive presence, business acumen and presentation skill
- Budgeting and or financial focused mindset will be preferable
- Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role
- Understanding of business functions such as sales, administration operation, IT and human resources and etc.
- Able to demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Experience in wellness and esthetic will be advantages
- Have some digital transformation knowledges for organization or company will be advantage
- Experienced in public companies will be a plus
- Working understanding of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of Tech./IT Business
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving aptitude
- Fluency in English
