Client Relations Manager

Build and maintains strong client relationships, serving as the primary liaison for effective communication and satisfaction by leading the team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Involve in recruitment and team planning to ensure team's capacity.
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders including Sales, Customer Support, and Product-related teams to solve client's issues.
- Develop processes and improve standards of working as the team grows.
- Develop relevant KPIs and oversee team's performance.
- Advise the team on dealing with clients professionally and properly.
**Qualifications**:
- Thai nationality with proficiency in English.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Client Relations professional for at least 3 years.
- Proven ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus.
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction).
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- A customer-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
**Working days**:
Monday to Friday 10:00 AM-7:00 PM, hybrid working at G Tower (MRT Phra Ram 9)
