- Job Description**Job Purpose**:
Responsible to assistant with Ecommerce and B2B for sales and administration management. Sales coordinated with related department (Order to cash/ Purchasing/ Warehouse / inventory and related department. Communicate with Seller (Marketplace) and B2B client.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Main point of contact with customers, Support to client service to providing the highest level of customer service via Social chat (Facebook/ Line Official Account/ Marketplace shopee/ lazada) and phone calls.
- Maintain professional, timely, and effective communication with all parties externally and internally.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our valuable customers
- Responsible for all aspects of account management including order management, administration, master data maintenance, complaint handling, follow up order and payment.
- To prepare online order/ offline order, shipping tracking to client
- Ensure service issues do not arise by clarifying customer requests and managing expectations - determine cause of any issue, seeking solutions and escalating appropriately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM program, relevant products
- Follow through the entire ordering cycle from order entry to delivery with warehouse/ logistic teams at the appropriate steps.
- Work closely and communicate updates to warehouse and operation team.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required.
- Able to work weekends for special case (Online)
- Co-ordinate Seller for add product and requirement
- Be able to work and communicate with other departments eg order center, warehouse, credit control.
- Meticulous and Detailed orientated person.

**Qualifications:

- **
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related filed
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in administration or customer service role in related field.
- Sales coordinate /Ecommerce experience is highly regarded.
- Good communication to corporate with related department and client offline (phone) and online chat (line, facebook)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
