**About the Department**:
The **Brand **function is the custodian of the UOB Brand and the governor of UOB corporate identity. Through brand strategy, management, initiatives and performance, we address the art of branding in an objective, logical and scientific manner. This approach allows internal stakeholders to understand and participate in building and shaping a UOB brand that we can be proud of. Our goal is to lift brand perception and value — to elevate UOB to an Asian brand name known globally, for our time-tested business philosophy and values.

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced VP of Social Media to lead UOB's digital presence. As the VP of Social Media, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing UOB Thailand’s social media strategy to engage and connect with our target audience effectively.

**Responsibilities**

1. Strategy Development: Lead the development of comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brand identity, strategic focus, and target audience.

2. Content Creation and Curation: Oversee the creation, curation, and management of high-quality and engaging content across various owned social media platforms. Engage with business functions across the bank to support on social media contents and initiatives.

3. Community Engagement: Foster and nurture an active and engaged community to enhance positive brand image by support Call Centre for response management

4. Social Listening: Utilise social listening reports to understand brand mentions, sentiment, and industry trends to inform content creation and reputation management strategies.

5. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of contents, campaigns and initiatives and use data-driven insights to optimise future strategies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree qualified with at least 7-10 years of proven success in social media marketing
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing social media.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management with ability to translate business requirements into executable social media plans.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in Thai and English
- Ability to perform under pressure
