- Stay informed about the latest updates and features of global social media tools, providing recommendations for their effective utilization within the organization.
**Documentation and Follow-ups**:
- Take detailed notes during meetings and ensure effective documentation of key decisions, action items, and timelines.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure that tasks are completed according to the established timelines and standards.
**Insights and Best Practices**:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in social media and social commerce.
- Provide key insights and recommendations based on industry trends to enhance the brand's social media presence.
**Social Commerce Expertise**:
- Develop a deep understanding of social commerce and its implications for the automotive industry.
- Provide strategic guidance on incorporating social commerce elements into the brand's social media strategy.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in global social media tools, with a strong preference for experience with Sprinklr.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
