Sales & Marketing Manager (Anti-infective)

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company, they provide a wide range of therapeutics medicines, and healthcare solutions to improve the quality of patient’s life. Now they are looking for a **Sales & Marketing Manager to **join their team in Thailand. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue for the company's products. This includes identifying and targeting new markets, developing and executing promotional plans, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the company's pharmaceutical products.
- Identifying and targeting new markets for the company's products.
- Developing and executing promotional plans for the company's products.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborating with the product development team to ensure that new products are aligned with market needs and trends.
- Managing the sales and marketing budget and tracking performance against targets.
- Providing regular reports on sales and marketing activities to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
