Senior Service Manager

The CPI Specialist will provide support for managing end to end process of Allianz Technology Thailand Major Incident, Problem, change requests & also will be responsible for creating and delivering regular reports in line with CPI Support.

**You will**
- Manage, monitor and where possible ensure Problems and Major Incidents are permanently fixed (including identifying, recording and allocation of Problems/Major Incidents to the relevant Resolver Group)
- Ensure that the root cause of Problems is proactively identified and documented
- Chair and contribute to any meetings concerning Incident Root Cause Analysis
- Perform trend analysis on reoccurring incidents and produce reports on such trends in such format as the customer requires from time to time.
- Chair and contribute to Problem review meetings.
- Facilitate and manage all changes (including ensuring that any requests for Changes made by the customer are sufficiently detailed and contain all necessary information) where required by the Customer and ensure that all Changes are logged in such format as the Customer acquires from time to time
- Chair and contribute to Change Advisory Board Meetings
- Ensure information regarding changes is communicated to the customer
- Issue appropriate notification of any downtime caused due to a change / Incident

**Your skills**
- A general understanding of IT concepts in an enterprise level.
- Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, reliability, and consistency in quality of work. Comfortable working independently but has experience working in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, oral, and written.
- Strong aptitude and desire to learn new technologies and tools.
- 8+ years’ experience in IT support field.
- Graduate Degree in a computer-related field, MIS, IT, or related field skills, or the equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audience.
- ITIL Foundation certification, ITIL Intermediate certification in service operations is a Plus
- Flexible nature which will adapt to additional products entering the Managed Services portfolio later along the line.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Good general understanding of the IT concepts.
- Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, reliability, and consistency in quality of work. Comfortable working independently but has experience working in a team environment.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office suite
- Basic Knowledge of cloud concepts, Agile, Service Now
- Reporting using Service Now & knowledge of CMDB is a plus
- Fluent in Neutral English accent
