Our client is a Leading International apparel and footwear company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding & Specializes in making shoes.
- Knowing materials, design principles, and construction techniques of shoes.
- Working independently use, can a variety of tools and materials to create comfortable shoes.
- Having experience using specialized tools such as sewing machines, lasts, and cutting knives to shape and assemble the various parts of a shoe.
- Controlling specific design and performance requirements, and they may be involved in the production process from start to finish, from selecting materials to putting the finishing touches on a completed shoe.
- Identifying problems in products and making clear recommendations to workers on the assembly line.
- Ensuring that the shoes meet the specific requirements of the intended work environment.
- Establishing high-quality standards and ensuring the implementation.
- Inspecting and testing finished products.
- Communicating solutions for production challenges with quality assurance.
- Scheduling training sessions and refresher workshops as required.

**Requirements**:

- Shoes making certificate, diploma or higher.
- 5-10 years experience in Shoe making assembling or improving production processes in footwear companies.
- Knowledge of shoe-making technicians is required.
- Strong analytical skills when examining products for faults or defects.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and capable to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Good planning and communication skills with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of English, both written and oral (the Thai language is an advantage).
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point or MRP software.
