Our client is a Footwear Manufacturing Company.

**Job Descriptions**
- Supervising and controlling processes, performing various tests on products.
- Ensuring the required materials are available for production.
- Acting as front-line responsible for production-related discontinuities.
- Writing up reports, diagnosing and resolving problems with products, methods, and equipment.
- Identifying problems in products and making clear recommendations to workers on the assembly line.
- Analyzing the performance of the products and making suitable recommendations.
- Establishing high-quality standards and ensuring the implementation.
- Inspecting and testing finished products.
- Resolving production issues and conducting continuous improvement of the production processes through the use of statistical data analysis.
- Communicating solutions for production challenges with quality assurance.
- Scheduling training sessions and refresher workshops as reproductHandling production of documentation including products manuals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5-10 years experience in assembling or improving production processes in footwear manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production technician required.
- Strong analytical skills when examining products for faults or defects.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and capable to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Good planning and communication skills with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of English, both written and oral (the Thai language is an advantage).
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or MRP software.
