- Job Responsibilities:

- Understanding & Specializes in making a shoes
- Have knowledge of materials, design principles, and construction techniques of shoes.
- Can work independently, can a variety of tools and materials to create shoes that are comfortable.
- Have experience use specialized tools such as sewing machines, lasts, and cutting knives to shape and assemble the various parts of a shoe.
- Control specific design and performance requirements, and they may be involved in the production process from start to finish, from selecting materials to putting the finishing touches on a completed shoe.
- Identify problems in a products and make clear recommendations to workers on the assembly line.
- Ensuring that the shoes meet the specific requirements of the intended work environment.
- Establishing high-quality standards and ensuring the implemented
- Inspecting and testing finished products
- Communicating solutions for production challenges with quality assurance
- Scheduling training sessions and refresher workshops as required.
- ** Requirement**:

- Requirements:

- Shoes making certificate, diploma or higher
- 5-10 years experience in Shoes making assembling or improving production processes in footwear company.
- Knowledge of shoe making technician required.
- Strong analytical skills when examining products for faults or defects.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and capable to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good planning and communication skills with excellent problem-solving skill
- Strong command of English, both written and oral (the Thai language is an advantage)
- Computer skill in MS Word, Excel and Power Point or MRP software.
