Footwear Technician

- ** Job Description**: Responsibilities:
Supervise and control process, performing various tests on products.
Ensuring the required materials are available for production
Act as front line responsible for the production related discontinuities
Writing up reports, diagnosing and resolving problems with products, methods, and equipment
Identify problems in a products and make clear recommendations to workers on the assembly line.
Analyzing performance of the products and making suitable recommendations.
Establishing high-quality standards and ensuring the implemented
Inspecting and testing finished products
Resolve production issues and conduct continuous improvement of the production processes through the use of statistical data analysis
Communicating solutions for production challenges with quality assurance
Scheduling training sessions and refresher workshops as required.
Production of documentation including products manuals
- ** Requirement**: Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5-10 years experience in assembling or improving production processes in footwear manufacturing
Knowledge of production technician required.
Strong analytical skills when examining products for faults or defects.
Self-motivated, flexible, and capable to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Good planning and communication skills with excellent problem-solving skill
Strong command of English, both written and oral (the Thai language is an advantage)
Computer skill in MS Word, Excel and Power Point or MRP software.
