Reporting of the role
This role reports to Mindshare CEO.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Manage, support, and grow Data Intelligence team which consists of data engineers and data scientists.
- Lead the team to deliver Business Intelligence solutions and create actionable business insights to answer business questions, drive business decisions, and develop recommendations.
- Oversee the planning of data projects, prepare updates and implement all phases for projects.
- Monitor work of Data Intelligence team and ensure effective implementation of all data projects to achieve all project objectives.
- Work with stakeholders and functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
- Attend requirements meetings, assist customers in crafting their requests.
- Participate in the management team.
- Monitor industry trends to identify upcoming challenges or opportunities for the organization.

What you will need:
Technical Skills Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related discipline.
- 5 years of professional work experience with extensive experience of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence.
- More than 2 years’ experience in Data Science.
- Proficient with SQL, Python or R to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Solid understanding of machine learning.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proven leadership experience of technical team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with clients and peers in a respectful and professional manner.
