**Job Description**:
Job Summary

Team Head of Data Intelligence and Analytics is responsible for managing the team to deliver high quality Data, Insights, and Analytics to the Channel Strategy and Performance Management Function under Chief Integrated Channels Office. The functional areas under responsibilities cover Channel Optimization Analytics, Sales Performance Analytics, and Data Integration & Business Analytics. This role needs to drive strategic data analytics in each area that will help understand customer behavior, optimize cost and coverage, as well as increase sales efficiency.

**Job Description**:

- Work with senior management and related departmental heads within the function to provide requested data, analysis, or data models
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive analysis framework using appropriate statistical methods and data modeling
- Ability to streamline and optimize work processes within teams by adopting the right tools to manage or visualize data, and use automation to reduce unnecessary workload
- Ensure that all reports are delivered to target users in a timely manner with high accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional team (such as FP&A, Data Science, Products) to identify and prioritize actionable and high-impact insights
- Manage incoming demand, prioritizing and assessing requests based on priority, capacity, and the suitability of the request for the team
- Organize the team members and oversees all activities ensuring alignment with departmental and business-wide vision and strategies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, MIS, or related disciplines
- Team Management experience 3-5 years for managing data analytics team
- Strong background of computer programming and Advanced Excel, as well as BI visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau)
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in using Power BI with DAX to create reports and dashboards
- Ability to query the bank's data lake with complex SQL queries, and use Python to manipulate or analyze data
- Detail and accuracy-oriented person
