- Gathering and analyzing data on topics such as competitor tactics, market share, market position and business opportunities; preparing reports to provide insight on these areas for senior management
- Conducting ongoing analysis of key competitors; producing reports and advising on -strengths/weaknesses
- Producing materials on market trends; proactively distributing these to stakeholders
- Assisting in the development of a competitive intelligence portal, including managing content such as reports, news feeds and updates
- Monitoring and reporting on management information via analytics and dashboards
- Collating information from multiple sources to produce beneficial and actionable insight for the business teams
- Keeping up to date with activity and trends in relevant sectors and markets
- Building networks and stakeholder relationships with relevant teams e.g. market insight & research teams

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
- At least 2 years experience in market research and data analysis, competitive intelligence, financial analysis, technology firms, or management consulting.
- MS Excel (Intermediate).
- Able to communicate in English (Reading & Writing).
- Statistics and Analytical thinking skills.
- Good logical thinking skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Have an open mind. Is adaptive to changes.
- A start-up attitude - willing to work hard to get things done.
- Confident in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel.
- Strong business acumen with experience using SQL is a plus.
- Having experiences working in a start-up or technology firm is a plus.
