Excellent organization skills and systematic.
Be responsible for maintaining day-to-day administrative to meet business unit requirements.
Prepare related documents and reports as needed.
Manage agendas and arrange appointments.
Follow up on assignments and projects.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Newly graduated are also welcome.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skill.
Ability to work under pressure and meet organization deadlines.
Multi-tasking and good problem solving skills.
Strong in Microsoft office skills.
Good English skills.
A can-do attitude.
Happy to work on weekend (Tuesday - Saturday).
