TT Manager: Job Description

Area: Bangkok / UPCs

Responsible to plan, initiate and implement commercial strategy in Traditional Trade (Wholesaler) in order to achieve company’s sales target, which include WGS’s products portfolio sales distribution,

shelf display, ensure right stock covering in key strategic wholesalers, manage and strengthen customer relationship with the objective to improve and accelerate sales volume, value and margin. Also, effective sales programme management within required of company regulations.

1. Relationship Management
- Build and strengthen a good relationship with key wholesalers in BKK and UPCs to drive business outcome in Traditional Trade.
- Represent as a William Grant & Sons brand ambassador.

2. Plan and initiate commercial strategy for Traditional Trade
- Develop and implement of TT operation plans in alignment with the company direction.
- Prepare monthly sales forecast and operation plan (weekly route plan / call visit / Etc.)
- Also, collaborate with italasia TT sales team and WGS on-premise team to ensure a team working efficiency and team spirits amount the team.

3. Sales Management
- Review category and product performance to take prompt action in case of sales volume does not meet target.
- Regular store visit to ensure WGS products and merchandises are displayed in a good visibility and align with the brand guideline. Also, stock checking and management to ensure the right stock level.
- Identify needs, resolve problems and update information on competitors and market trends.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and develop / execute plans and promotions.
- Control expenses and monitor budgets.

4. Sales Reporting
- Prepare a monthly sales estimate plan and monthly sales performance review.
- Prepare a monthly stock report in all key wholesalers.
- Prepare for business opportunity and action plan to resolve problem.

- Relationship Management Build and strengthen a good relationship with key wholesalers in BKK and UPCs to drive business outcome in Traditional Trade.
- who can design the part of marketing and sale will be given special consideration.
- Able to flexible working hours
- good knowledge about marketing and sales
- good English language and good attitude
- Good skill a computer
