MELFT- URGENT REQUIRED Business development of SCADA and new software(AI software and 3D simulator) as Group Leader

Duties:

- Consideration of how to expand SCADA(GENESIS64) business
- Create Sales strategy and sale plan of SCADA(GENESIS64) and report to managements
- Collaborate with SCADA Development Company(USA company) to create new strategies and improve some systems
- Operation and Development of SCADA SI Partner System
- Launch new software business (AI Software and 3D Simulator)
- Able to business trip for Japan, USA and others.
- Can communicate with Sales staffs and lead them to achieve our target.
- Be able to stand-by for help-desk and emergency work on holiday.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechatronics engineering or relevant field.
- Over 3 years proven experience in SCADA or any other software business
- Having the experience to launch a new business is preferred
- Manage team members to proceed the job descriptions in planned
- High skills to sell SCADA project
- High English skills to communicate with Native speakers in USA
- Technical knowledge of engineering in Factory Automation field
- Marketing Skills, how to promote or which industry and customers we should focus on
- Experience in programmer to FA products.
- Good interpersonal skill & service mind.
- Ability to work with multiple jobs.
- Techniques of engineering and analytical mind with problem-solving
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, service technical equipment and FA products.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
- Driver license and owned car
- Can carry out sales activities with passion.
- Able to travel in assign area for company business.
