What to Expect
- As a Regional Distribution Center (RDC) Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the parts demand, logistics cost and operation efficiency for the RDC, service centers and body shops in Thailand. Demand wise, you need to derive the parts demand forecast, define reasonable safety stock, and update it on a regular basis. Logistics operation wise, you need to instruct, monitor, and optimize the logistics operations to maximize the efficiency and minimize the costs. Improving the inventory structure, parts fulfillment rate, and logistics costs will be the key performance results.

What You’ll Do
- Perform demand analysis and define forecast for RDC and service centers based on the properties of parts and the consumption trend.
- Define reasonable Min Max value based on forecast and update regularly.
- Monitor parts fulfillment rates at service centers and improve continuously.
- Monitor inventory in RDC and service centers. Define action plans for overstock / non-moving parts to improve inventory structure.
- Instruct and monitor 3PL operations.
- Review 3PL KPI regularly and define improvement actions.
- Pay close attention to logistics and supply status to ensure on time & correct parts arrival, and timely reaction for claims.
- Complete other tasks according to business needs.

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years working experience in material planning, purchasing, supply chain management or other related fields. Experience in 3PL management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Transportation management / logistics. management / supply chain management / other similar majors are preferred.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software and SAP/WMS.
- Full proficiency in Thai and English.
- Outstanding communication skills and strong analytics skills.
- Honest, diligent, and passionate.
