Human Capital Business Partner Associate

Monitor and manage workforce levels to align with organizational goals.
Develop and implement strategies for effective manpower planning.
Oversee the promotion process, ensuring transparency and fairness.
Collaborate with managers to identify employees eligible for promotion.
Ensure all PMS processes are followed and tracked effectively.
Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Organize and manage annual exams for sales and sales support employees.
Conduct talent reviews to identify high-potential employees.
Develop and implement succession plans for critical positions.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven at least 3-5 years of working experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
**Faculties preferred**: Business Administration, Human Resources
