The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

In this role, you will design effective B2B marketing strategies for the team to achieve short-term goals of supporting seller acquisition and account-based engagement. You will also be working cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders to identify marketing needs of each campaign to ensure all campaigns are successfully executed.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Design B2B marketing strategies for TTS Thailand and achieve short-term goals in supporting seller acquisition/ incubation and account-based engagement
- Build and maintain media networks including owned, earned and paid media to amplify brand awareness and strengthen brand creditability
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as seller, merchant, and creator management team to identify marketing needs of each campaign and develop effective and creative marketing plans accordingly

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5 years minimum of relevant marketing experience,B2B marketing, offline event experience is preferred
- Fluent in Thai & English
- Proven ability to create audience segments and develop marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands
- Familiar with TikTok short video and live-streaming eco-system is a plus
- Self-motivated, strong communication and project management skills, adaptable to fast-paced and changing working environment
