Job Responsibilities.
Support the Regional Digital Bank product team in designing and developing the Digital credit card propositions.
Develop/strengthen product proposition, features/privileges to differentiate in the market.
Ensure remarkable customer experience throughout customer journey with focus on simplicity and digitization.
Promote product feature & brand awareness, and drive credit card utilization through various customer touch points for both ABL and BTL.
Implement and execute marketing plans to drive growth and deliver business target including accounts, spending, and performance of key drivers, P&L.
Identify best practices and map out activities to drive early product activation and usage.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders across Business, Operations and Technology, Marketing to ensure operational processes are mapped out.
Conduct regular review and able to analyze P&L and credit card business model, market trend to identify business opportunities.
Track and research customer issues/complaints and act independently to resolve them.
Job RequirementsBachelor/Master s degree in Banking, Marketing, Business, or Finance.
At least 3-5 years of experience in any fields related to Banking, Consumer Lending, or Retail Marketing, preferred experience in credit card business.
Strong team player with effective communication, interpersonal skills and work well under pressure.
A wide degree of creativity with analytical, presentation skill, and possess drive and initiative.
Knowledge of digital banking landscape with awareness of emerging innovation.
High Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Well command in both (English & Thai).

**Job skills required**: Finance, English, Thai, Research, Work Well Under Pressure

**Job skills preferred**: Excel
