หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Support problem resolutions by close collaboration with users and related team for follow-up to result of the issues.
- Support in provide user training and training materials if required.
- Create/Update issue case can resolve and create incident weekly report.
- Analyze issues trends to find out opportunities to reduce reoccurring issues.
- Support basic IT related tasks in the office

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or any related fields
- Welcome fresh graduate or 1-3 years of work experience in any related function

(IT operator/ Helpdesk support/ IT customer support/ etc.)
- Good skills in SQL/PLSQL command and ability to query databases (MS SQL, Oracle, My SQL)
- Have programming skills in.net, C#, Java Script, PHP would be advantage
- Have knowledge in Data Visualization / Reporting Tools would be advantage
- Have knowledge in system development tools (Visual Studio, Oracle Developer) would be advantage
- Self-Initiative, Self-Learner
- Ability to Teamwork and able to under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills, Service mind and be able to coordinate with other teams and users
- Strong abilities to analyze, problem solving and prioritize issues for problem resolution
- Self-motivated, creative and innovative and willing to learn new technologies
