- **Perform as the second level support gathers the issues/data for problems reproduction and deliver to Application owner for fixing and enhancement**:

- **Providing technical support to teams / users and be able to assisting with systems integrations when it needs**:

- **Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures. Also preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems to fulfill with business requirement**:

- **Investigate the causes of issue on software and able to teach and train users**:

- **Managing the development of activities including technical analyses, the definition of scope and objectives, and coordination with other technical teams.**
