**Costing Manager**

(_Thailand_)

Lead to oversee the costing and pricing to achieve the company’s objectives. Ensure that at any point in time all necessary controls are in place and must pro-actively participate in ensuring a sound environment of all internal controls.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Dedicated expert in sales & margin analysis (sales evolution BU/Channel/Customer/SI/TGA, margin analysis, pricing support, POP, Balloon, DSO, Inventory days); front office controlling (close to the business).
- Determine standard cost, investigate variances against actual costs, manage cost & inventory transactions of day-to-day and month-end closing.
- Analyze cost variances with analytical recommendation for further enhancement
- Analysis variance between standard cost and actual cost comparison.
- Prepare product costing and Manufacturing cost statement.
- Manage cost and inventory for month-end closing
- Prepare the landed cost of imported products and record imported invoice into system
- Monitor and analyze production cost to uncover inefficiencies
- Prepare and review move order transaction in ERP system
- Prepare standard cost calculation and provide detailed analysis
- Budgeting sale & cost of goods sold and yearly standard costing
- update new Standard Cost calculation in SAP system
- Participate in cost calculation and new product cost
- Monthly reconciliation of Sales, Cost and Inventory
- Closely monitor the costing and inventory of warehouse
- Prepare monthly Cost & Inventory Analysis report
- Responsible for month end close, coordinate with outside departments and within the department to meet month-end scheduled closing period.
- Prepare procedure of costing and inventory process (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Coordination with internal and external auditors.
- Conduct Inventory Physical check and cycle count
- Calculate costing of new product development and recommend pricing
- Interco Quarterly pricing, plan price and costs
- Suggest cost-reducing and profitable solutions
- All other task concerning costing such as stock, scrap & reject parts control, tax
- Reconciling Interco transaction and Balance Sheet between data in the Accounting system (intercom AR/AP).
- Assisting Finance Manager in interco AR/AP summary report confirmation.
- Recording Interco AP invoices in the system and validating all Interco charges.
- Ad-hoc as assignment in regard to cost, inventory and pricing analysis

**Profile**
- Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 5-7 years of Financial& costing control experience.
- Good command of Spoken, Written, and Read English.
- Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
- Driving Performance.
- Hardworking and positive attitude.
