**About the role**

As an accounting supervisor, you have the ability to process large amounts of numerical data and have strong leadership skills. You will have have strong knowledge of accounting principles, policies, and practices, and demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle month end / year end closing and financial reporting (HFM, CADET, BAR, ARMS) and submit to Regional team.
- Maintain documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implement a system of controls over accounting transactions to mitigate risk.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Thai GAAP, US GAAP), local regulations and laws, and government requirements.
- Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy of monthly reports for review.
- Deal with auditors (both internal and external) and government related departments.
- Complete annual SOX tasks (Control Gap Assessment, Tests, annual SOD assessment, etc.).
- Handle overall projects costing while working closely with branches employees.
- Review all projects accounting compliance to Revenue recognition policy.
- Assist to supervise Finance and Accounting team and improve processes.
- Support actual data and process to FP&A function to obtain data.
- Other duties as assigned by controller team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Good accounting knowledge in bookkeeping, accounting principles, laws, and regulations
- Ability to prioritize work
- Proficient in English to communicate with peers across other region
- Good Analytical skills, detail-oriented and accuracy
- Good in Microsoft Excel and problem-solving skills
- Experience in SAP, HFM, Ariba Network is preferable
