**The hotel and Restaurant**:
Our client is managing a signature and premier restaurant in a 5-star hotel in Dhaka, renowned for its luxurious accommodations and exceptional culinary offerings. The hotel is part of a globally recognised hospitality brand, striving to be the leading kitchen in Dhaka with innovative and high-quality cuisine.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Development**:Design and implement innovative menus that reflect current international culinary trends and fusion cuisine.
- **Grill Expertise**: Showcase advanced skills in grilling fish and meat to perfection.
- **Kitchen Leadership**:Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and excellence in all dishes served.
- **Team Management**:Train, mentor, and lead the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- **Quality Control**:Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control in the kitchen.
- **Cost Management**: Manage kitchen budgets, monitor food costs, and maintain inventory levels.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within recognised brands and signature restaurants.

**Culinary Skills**:Expertise in grilling fish and meat, with a creative approach to fusion and international cuisines.

**Leadership**:Strong leadership and team management skills.

**Innovation**: Ability to create and execute menus that reflect current culinary trends.

Status: Single status only.
