**Job Overview**:
The Senior HR Officer will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to the organization. The role will involve partnering with business leaders to identify, develop, and implement HR initiatives that support the achievement of business goals. The Senior HR Officer will also be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, training, engagement, HR administration, and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Partner with business leaders to identify, develop, and implement HR initiatives that support the achievement of business goals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
- Implement HR policies and procedures that support the organization's strategic objectives.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee development, and employee relations.
- Conduct training and development programs for employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Analyze HR data and provide reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in IT recruitment, engagement, training, and HR branding.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a global or multicultural organization is a plus.
