- ** Job Description**:

- Keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency.
- Manage and confirm booking from customer for outbound and inbound booking for container service
- Responsible for overseeing all operations related to shipments and cargo at ports on behalf of the shipping companies.
- Monitor and control booking to full allocation available
- Planning and management of vessel loading and discharging.
- Arrange booking and coordinate for outbound cargo with other shipping lines in case of SOC booking
- Processing shipment documentation and inspecting completed orders.
- Coordinate with container depots for container release to customers.
- Creating and implementing shipping policies and procedures.
- Assist to customers solving problem about customer’s shipment.
- Hiring, training, and supervising shipping Employees.
- Follow up and update daily booking forecast to Vessel.
- Documenting processes and reporting to management as required.
- Follow up container booking forecast to vessel operator.
- Complying to shipping industry regulations and company policies.
- Follow up container load list to vessel operator
- Summary weekly data to Management.
- Update vessel schedule, movement and delay to customer.
- Summary monthly report to Customer and Management.
- Corporate to issue SOA (Statement of Account).
- ** Requirement**:

- Male Female| Age minimum of 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher in a related field.
- Experience minimum 5 years in Shipping agency (Liner), Vessel schedule, Freight.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Create, maintain a good relationship with existing and potential customers.
- High responsibility, good support team member and problem-solving skill.
- ** English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level
- ** Other Language**: English
- ** Working Hour**: 8:00 ~ 17:10
