Job Description: Head Chef (Sky Dining Dinner Service)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team for an exciting opportunity at a sky dining dinner service in Phuket. The training period will commence in September, with the job officially starting in October.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the culinary operations of the sky dining dinner service.
- Create and execute innovative menus featuring European and French cuisine, showcasing your culinary expertise and creativity.
- Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality control are consistently met.
- Lead and train a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Communicate effectively with guests in English, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any dietary requirements or preferences.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English is essential, enabling effective communication with guests and team members.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and captivate an audience.
- Extensive experience as a Head Chef, preferably in high-end or fine dining establishments.
- Expertise in European cuisine, particularly French cuisine, with a thorough understanding of flavor profiles and cooking techniques.
- Possess leadership qualities, able to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
- Fearlessness at heights is crucial for this role, as the sky dining dinner service involves working in elevated settings.

**Salary**: From ฿25,000.00 per month
