**Craft & Visual Excellence**: Deliver work with top-tier craft and meticulous attention to detail, maintaining excellence across all outputs.
**Production Management**: Collaborate with film, animation, photography, and music production houses to ensure seamless execution from concept to delivery.
**Drive Collaboration**: Partner with branding, social, and media teams to maximise creative potential and align outputs with business objectives.
**Cultural Awareness & Trendspotting**: Stay ahead of cultural movements, industry trends, and viral moments to keep the brand relevant.
**Presentation & Stakeholder Engagement**: Present ideas confidently to internal teams and senior stakeholders.
8+ years of experience in creative roles, ideally with a background in advertising agencies. In-house experience is a plus. Experience in a leadership role is plus.
Proven ability as a strong conceptual thinker, with experience executing disruptive campaigns from start to finish. Experience in viral activations is an advantage.
A strong portfolio showcasing craftsmanship, bold art direction, and innovative storytelling across platforms.
Fluent in English, with excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage with diverse teams. Comfortable working with regional teams through video calls.
Experience working on regional brands and campaigns, ensuring alignment across multiple markets.
Proficiency in art direction, craft, and a keen eye for detail to maintain the highest standards across deliverables.
Experience collaborating with film, animation, and music production partners.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with video and animation tools.
A proactive and self-driven mindset, with the ability to take initiative and think creatively.
A fun-loving personality who thrives in collaborative environments.
Strong multi-tasking abilities, able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage workflows seamlessly.
