**Position Purpose**:

- To be a contact person for Company‘s customers in eastern regional and co-ordinate between the customer and our internal to meet customer‘s requirement and ensure our operations are stick on customer‘s SOP.**Job Functions - Principal Accountabilities**:
1. Prepare Freight Invoice for customs clearance process.

2. Co-ordinate with customer and Customs Department/EDI team to prepare customs clearance document against the shipment via DSV Freight and/or Non-DSV Freight.

3. Follow up and keep monitor the task job until end of delivery term.

4. Continuously provide demurrage & detention details to Consignee

5. Recieve and/or upload relevant Customer documents and POD to eDoc in CW1

6. Ensure Job to complete and cargo delivered as per SOP

7. Issue weekly report to customer or superior

8. Book cost from Oversea/Accrual and set up WIP to own job in system (CW1) to Company‘s account.

9. Ensure the cost from trucking vendor, Oversea freight etc are correct and profitable to highest benefit of company.

10. Prepare the set of billing & any completed document to Billing Team as per Department KPI and the company tariff or quotation given to client

11. Update Milestone in dead time frame and D-Track for all general and global customer as SOP required

12. To monitor shipments and follow up until job completion (CMP)

13. To solve problem among the team and develop solution.

คุณสมบัติ
- Male / Female
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
- At least 1-3 years relevant working experience in sea customs brokerage, EDI and operations of freight forwarding industry / International Logistics.
- Knowledge of operation seafreight import procedure
- Computer literacy (MS office).
- Under outsources company (Contract year/year)

**Workplace : DSV Air & Sea Ltd. (Head Office)**

**Working hours : Monday - Friday 8.30-17.30 hrs.**
