**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create job files and issue reconciliation sheet after shipment completion.
- Co-ordinate with sales/customer/ and overseas agent & Key account for obtaining shipment instruction and follow the SOP requirements.
- Co-ordinate with customer/carrier/supplier and related department for import process.
- Follow up order with CPL overseas, Agent and keep customer informed of the cargo movement.
- Handle all relevant import documents.(Arrival Notice, D/O, Freight invoice, POD etc)
- Take personal responsibilities for solving problem, To follows up request and / or problems that customer’s experience.
- Check quality and accuracy of works to meet company standard and objectives.
- Recheck debit/credit from overseas & complete Billing to customer, overseas agent & all vendors.
- Provide additional services beyond the call of duties.
- As assigned by Team Leader / Manager.
- To comply 100**% **with company directives**.**

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor degreewith at least 2 years’ experience on Freight Forwarder
- Desired: Knowledge in Sea cargo
- Strong background in Freight forwarding, Shipping or Logistics field

**SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE**:

- Freight forwarding industry
- Basic computer knowledge / skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- AS400 & FM3000 know-how in related functions.
- S.P.O.T. know-how and ability to demonstrate internally / externally
- Fluent in English language

**PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Self-confident with positive attitude
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Organizational skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- High Responsibility, flexibility and Discreetness
- Excellence on communication skill
- Proven Management experience in any field
