Project Secretary

Our client is the world leading in consumer products.
**Responsibilities**
- Being a part of the project team and responsible to support all areas of project documentation and admin tasks.
- Ensuring that all technical documentation is processed in good quality output with target date requirement.
- Coordinating the setting up and maintaining all related consumables ordering for storage to service all office equipment.
- Being proactive and acting as a coordinator of printing /copying /scanning issues to service project requirements with good quality output on a timely basis.
- Ensuring all project archive boxes move around to service project requirements including storage after completion.
- Liaising with suppliers and vendors to order supplies for project construction and office equipment.
- Arranging and preparing for company meetings in-office and off-site, which includes managing schedules for meetings and conferences for the whole team.
- Handling other duties as required.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 5-8 years experience as a project secretary or project coordinator.
- Working experience in a multicultural team environment, document management, and control will be an advantage.
- Good track record of secretarial work for project managers.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Greet clients and communicate with senior members of the team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literacy and competency in using MS Office software.
- Team player and willing to work overtime.
