Manager: Digital Sales Channels and Salesforce

**Aufgaben**:
- Project Management- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate work across the teams
- Managing the relationship and communication with all related parties and stakeholders
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks
Data Governance- Establish and govern enterprise wide data governance framework, with a focus on improvement of data quality and the protection of sensitive data through modifications to organization behavior policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools and data architecture
- Ensure data quality by implement End-to-End process and daily operation (e.g. data cleansing) to streamline all data into central database
- Support project planning and management to ensure best practice and legal frameworks are followed with regards to data governance
CRM (Salesforce) implementation/Management/Sustainability- Coordinate and negotiate key aspects of project with stakeholders.
- Assist in defining and documenting business requirements and reporting needs.
- Update/coordinate Salesforce training content with training department
- Identify areas of improvement in existing related processes, operating mechanisms, and methodologies and work across the organization to implement improvements from Wholesalers and Retailers.
- Measure lead performance to identify area of improvement in conjunction with IT, analyze issue and provide preventive solution
Business Architecture and Digital Transformation- Responsible to align with other business architecture stakeholders on definition of business architecture, process design and future requirements to effectively support overall business strategy.
- Responsible to integrate systems and processes in a cross functional manner in the interest of the end-customer
- Ensure that end users are able to adapt to new technologies
**Qualifikationen**:

- Education- Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Innovation or related fields
Technical knowledge- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Salesforce/ CRM
- Microsoft Power BI (optional)
Soft skills/individual competence- Strong analytical skill and ability to abstract and visualize complex processes
- Ability to actively participate in conversation and discussion, acting and thinking in options and constructively
- Demonstrated ability to work productively and maintain effective relationship in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Pro-active attitude and good problem solving skills
- High level of interpersonal skills with collaborations in a cross functional working environments
- A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
