Head of Customer Relation Management

Analyzing data to inform business development and campaigns.
Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns.
Work closely with brand team to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
Understand business requirements and use cases, translate into data requirements and define the required business input into various data components.
Coordinate with internal and external to design customer segmentation and manage customer journey and customer value.
Work with BI and Data Technology Platform teams, define the data business requirement and solution to meet the overall business requirements.
Design, discover and manage customer journey by working with marketing and Management team, looking at data through data selection, capture, transform, integrate and virtualize to support the business use case.
Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
Coordinate internally and externally to identify data needs to achieve the business objectives, including business partners.
ประสบการณ์ (Work Experience)
Master's Degree
Minimum of 7 years of responsible experience.
Experience in the consumer insight, data analytics lifecycle including problem identification, measurement/matrix, exploratory data analysis and data insight presentation.
Experience in either open-source or proprietary software such as PowerBI or Rapid Miner.
Experience in python/r programming is a plus.
Analytical Thinking and good at visual analytics tools
Excellence in communication and data story telling
Qualified data analytics portfolio.
