Our client is a flavour manufacturer located in Bang Na.

**Responsibilities**

Sourcing
- Identifying potential suppliers for sourcing new raw materials and packaging.
- Coordinating raw material, packaging, and supplier approval process for quality assurance and regulatory department.
- Attending trade shows and exhibitions to stay up to date with industry trends.

Purchasing
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
- Negotiating contract terms and pricing with the supplier.
- Ensuring any non-compliance is reported, analyzed and potentially rejected.
- Reviewing performance suppliers.

Procurement
- Coordinating orders based on stock levels, production requirements, and suppliers’ lead time.
- Creating purchase orders for raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
- Track orders: Confirming order delivery date in the ERP, follow up orders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Performing general office duties.
- Ensuring the reporting of purchasing indicators.
- Maintaining accurate supplier and raw material database.
- Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Providing all necessary documents to the regulatory department for FDA product registration and to the logistic officer for the importation of items from overseas.

**Qualifications**
- 28 - 32 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or food/chemistry industry or related.
- Experience:1-2 years in purchasing, procurement, and sourcing from the food, flavour or seasoning industry.
- Understanding of procurement and supply chain procedures.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Familiar with international or direct reports with a foreigner.
- Working 6 days per week at Bangna - Trad KM.23.
