**Trainer ( Thai Nationality only )**

Company: Tech, Game Development, BPO

Salary : 25K-29K THB

Work Location: Khlong Sam Wa (Phraya Suren) Free Shuttle Bus

Working Days: Work in Shifts (5 Days a Week), be able to work night and overnight shifts. be able to work during Thailand Public Holidays as requested.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support training manager in matters regarding training and development
- Manages the performance of trainers across sites (vertical)
- Provide mentorship and coaching to all trainers
- Support trainers on daily-weekly training tasks
- Evaluate and sign off training tasks (plans, assessment, etc)
- Improve trainer’s skills through observations and continued assessment
- Assist in preparing training slides for business review and ensure completion of all class-based training plan
- Create refresher plans and new-hire training plans (coordinate with Ops / Recruit for new class requirements)
- Ensures 100% completion of update dissemination including 7-day cascades
- Analyze project training performance with process implementation

**Qualification**:

- Proficient in Thai (Advanced)
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Good command of English communication (at least B2 level)
- 1 year’s experience in a training role with knowledge of different training methods/theories
- Great interpersonal and communication skills working with different nationalities (a plus)
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and facilitation skills
- Good organizing and coordinating skills to determine training objectives
- Knowledge of people’s learning patterns to design programs with excellent efficiency
- Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, and methodology.
- Willing to work on flexible shift timings including night shift and public holidays.
