Role Purpose:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced comms professional, passionate about all things EVP and Employer Brand. The role will be based in Bangkok and as your home location, you’ll act as Employer Branding SME for Thailand. However, the role is global and so responsibilities will include wider geographical coverage, with focus on some of our key hiring locations around the world.
Key responsibilities:
- Create, design and own the delivery of specific attraction ad-hoc and/ or ongoing targeted attraction campaigns in country or by skill/ sector.
- Define and implement group wide, local in country and divisional approach to senior/specialist talent attraction.
- Project manage/lead brand awareness campaigns using multiple channels, including, but not limited to digital and social media.
- Monitor and measure the success of our brand presence and campaigns to ensure we are optimising the best performing solutions and delivering the highest return on investment.
- Create clear metrics for success for channels and track and report on these.
- Brand champion - ensuring alignment to LSEG brand guidelines.
- Third party supplier management e.g., media and creative.
- Activation of campaigns across business lines, with active engagement of business leaders and colleagues
- Trusted advisor to TA on brand campaigns designed to attract target talent.
- Trusted advisor to TA, HR, and Business on appropriate use of social media e.g., provide training on the best use of profiles and networks.

- EVP, Employer Brand SME, or related marketing or comms experience
- Experience of technology or I&D attraction strategies an advantage
- High degree of project management capability
- Business partner liaison/stakeholder management experience at all levels
- Builds powerful relationships, good networker, and ability to influence.
- High degree of online/social media literacy
- Strong digital marketing hands on experience
- Experience with and knowledge of multi-geography attraction campaigns
- 3rd party relationship management
- A problem-solver and with an analytical approach - able to analyse insights and data to identify the most insightful and useful data and narrative.

- Creative capability - confident creative writing briefs, working with 3rd party suppliers, internal brand and marketing teams and within brand guidelines.
- Good communicator/storyteller, experienced writing both business presentations and talent attraction communications
- Comfortable working at pace, handling multiple priorities and within ambiguity.
- Cross-functional working experience desirable
- Excellent English language skills
NB Global hour flexibility is required in relation to working hours for this role.
