- Developing and implementing training programs for new team members to ensure a comprehensive understanding of fundraising objectives, and techniques.
- Conducting regular classroom and on-field training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the fundraising team, focusing on effective communication, donor engagement, and ethical fundraising practices.
- Providing personalized coaching and mentorship to Team Leaders, supporting them in developing their leadership abilities, team management, and achieving fundraising targets.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create training materials, resources, and assessments aligned with fundraising goals and organizational values.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms, making necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes.
- Staying updated on fundraising trends, best practices, and industry developments to integrate relevant insights into training modules.
- Regular field visits to measure the training effectiveness and on-field training and motivation for new trainees.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment within the fundraising team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is an asset.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in training and coaching, preferably in fundraising, sales, or a nonprofit environment.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a focus on empowering individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt training methodologies to suit diverse learning styles and needs.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering training materials and assessments.
- Committed to advocating for children's rights and well-being.
