**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- As an Intermediate Interior Designer specializing in F&B interior design, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' visions into captivating and functional restaurant spaces. You will collaborate closely with our design team, project managers, and clients to deliver exceptional design solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conceptualization and Design Development: Generate creative and innovative interior design concepts that align with the unique brand identity and goals of each F&B establishment. Develop mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to communicate your ideas effectively.
- Space Planning and Layout: Design efficient and functional restaurant layouts, considering factors such as traffic flow, seating capacity, and kitchen placement. Maximize the use of available space to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Material and Finish Selection: Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and decor that contribute to the desired ambiance and aesthetic of the restaurant. Ensure that the chosen elements are both visually appealing and durable for the F&B environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, graphic designers, and contractors, to ensure seamless execution of design concepts from initial planning to final installation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on designing F&B establishments, such as restaurants, cafes, bars, or similar spaces.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills and F&B projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry trends related to F&B interior design.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
