**Our Interior Designer: What are we looking for?**

We are currently on the search for an amazing new team member to fill a newly created role focused on helping us further refine and enhance our interior design construction documentation standards and outputs. This role will work with all of our amazing design talents in our Bangkok office, along with colleagues all over the APAC region on a range of world-leading, community defining projects. Our new Interior Designer (Revit/Cad Designer) will be critical to ensuring we continue to deliver world-class design outcomes for the communities around us.

Specifically, we’re looking for our future Interior Designer to:

- Work within small to large teams to develop construction documents using Revit and CAD software, according to established standards and technical requirements.
- Upskill our current team members in both Revit and CAD.
- Provide design solutions once we start documenting our projects - we want someone who is not only technically brilliant using Revit/CAD, but someone who is well versed in talking about design.
- Communicate and discuss ideas with the project design team and provide guidance on documentation requirements that need to be considered during the design phases.
- Develop and prepare design presentations to communicate the ideas and story to clients, communities, and other stakeholders, as required.

Further to this, the type of person we’re looking for is someone with:

- Thai citizenship or the ongoing right to work in Thailand in alignment with Thai Law permissions.
- 5+ years’ professional experience in an Interior Design role focused on construction documentation using Revit/CAD.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, or similar.
- Some ability to speak and write in English, with the willingness to improve this over time.
- Knowledge and/or experience of Interior Design delivery on large infrastructure projects.
- Advanced Revit/CAD skills.
- Construction experience on projects, including undertaking site visits.
- Creative thinking and innovation in all areas of the interior design process, including the documentation phases.
- Experience and working knowledge of interior design products, materials and manufacturers.
- Self-motivated work ethic and ability to meet fast paced project demands and ability to work with mínimal supervision.
