We are looking for a young energetic result-oriented member to join our team. You will have the opportunity to drive the business and experience a dynamic and agile working environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with local and global creators to bring LINE STICKERS on shelf
- Coordinate with cross-functional global and local team to ensure best-in-class products, services, and campaigns are delivered to our consumers
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing and Business Development teams to execute campaigns and content marketing in order to achieve business objectives and drive sales
- Ensure LINE STICKERS are available on shelf in appropriate numbers and within appropriate timelines in alignment with target KPIs
- Collaborate with content partners to promote content and product awareness
- Create marketing contents to capture existing, happening trends in order to drive conversions to product sales
- Analyze market situation, track business and product performance, and interpret its insights for mutual collaboration with stakeholders
- Create necessary business and marketing reports for relevant parties

**Basic **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Communication Arts, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in consumer product management, partnership management, business development, marketing, or a related area
- Excellent cross-functional project management, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal, and communications skills
- Ability to work independently and deal effectively with a dynamic environment, along with self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
- Professional proficiency in Thai and English

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with content partners from entertainment, media, and creative industries
- Professional proficiency in Japanese

**Key Competencies**
- **Experience in content business regardless of genres**: Background related to technology is a plus.
- **Consumer product intuition**: You represent the interests of our consumers and deeply understand how to create engaging experiences with them.
- **Cross-functional capability**: You will be coordinating with teams from across the company (engineering, design, marketing, etc.). To ensure effective collaboration, you can communicate and translate requirements and priorities among supporting teams.
- **Hands-on execution**:We have a hands-on and agile work culture. As one of the team members, you would work from basic operational tasks to taking ownership of projects.****:
