At LINE, we are constantly innovating and finding new ways we can bring people closer and become the essential part of Thai people’s lives. As the Incubation Manager / Senior Manager, you will get to lead our initiatives and new business ideas from the beginning.

**Responsibilities**
- Screening
- Monitor, track, and identify potential Next Big Things for LINE Thailand
- Find and evaluate opportunities for new businesses with LINE Thailand's capabilities
- Perform deep dive thematic research by connecting the dots and uncovering insightful patterns while tuning out noises
- Testing
- Design potential solutions with assumptions for MVP (minimum viable product) test through rigorous research and brainstorming
- Design tests, metrics, and monitoring systems for collecting customer feedback to help improve product-market fit of new business projects
- Scaling
- Identity internal resource within the company or potential partners from start-ups communities or vendors to work on new business projects
- Lead or facilitate new cross-functional business projects to ensure tight execution
- Product design
- Conceptualize and design key technical deliverables (e.g., design sprints, customer journey, product wireframe, technical spec, product prioritization, etc.)
- Partner with 3rd party vendors to build versions of PoCs (proofs of concept) or MVPs for validation of business hypotheses

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 5-8 years of work experience in creating and managing new businesses, particularly in product-market fit stage
- At least 2-5 years of work experience in product management, program management, software engineering, or technical roles in start-ups or tech companies
- Start-up founder mentality, being comfortable with starting from scratch and operating under uncertainties
- Well-organized, detailed, and data-driven mindset, with the ability to learn and pivot from constant user feedback in launching new businesses
- Ability to thoroughly identify sets of key assumptions as well as key leading and guardrail metrics to comprehensively track if we are going in the right directions
- Track record of shipping customer centric products for tech organizations
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people from software developers to food stall merchants
- Ability to work in lean teams with no instructions and limited resources, along with demonstrated ability to lead team from ambiguity to success
- Evidence based mindset: the courage to kill, pivot, or proceed based on evidence regardless of personal passion or view
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in tech industry, start-ups, or consultancy
- Experience in commercial partnership negotiation or acquisition
