Our client is a leading home appliance.

The Human Resources Manager will be reporting directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for the following key functions:

- Being responsible for maximizing the performance of our client's manufacturing plant by managing its Human Resources activities in a way that optimizes the performance of the workforce, specifically by creating an excellent relationship between our client and its employees.
- Supporting the management team at all levels of decision-making and establishing staff disciplinary controls by compliance with company rules and regulations, ensuring the company is adhering to local labour laws.
- Setting up the company's rules and regulations and setting up wages and benefits (By Program Tiger soft-HER).
- Directing the administration of the local hiring, compensation, benefits, training, safety, health and security programs.
- Participating in local negotiations and administering the labour agreement.
- Submitting the staff's social security and personal income tax through the system.
- Handling visas, work visas, 90-day address reports, etc.
- Handling performance evaluation (KPI) on subordinates.
- Being responsible for development, planning and a need assessment for both hourly and salaried employees.
- Assessing employee performance and reporting any gaps between expectations and outputs.
- Conducting training programs that enhance employees' skills and improve their abilities to work as a team.

**Qualifications**
- Degree or higher in Human Resource Management or any related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in HR functions at the management level.
- Knowledge of Labor Protection Law and Welfare Regulations.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Managerial skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and computer proficiency.
- **Speaking in Chinese and having experience in new plant setup will be a priority.**
