- Working in partnership with the management team, create a human resources strategic
- five-year plan and implement new processes and approaches to achieve it.
- Manage and oversee the human resource function, including:
- o Recruitment, hiring and compensation
- o Benefits administration and oversight
- o Professional training and development, including new employee orientation
- o Retention strategies.
- Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress
- against goals.
- Developing and empowering high performance teams.
- Supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum
- performance.
- Oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Oversee, enhance and enforce health, safety, security, environment and risk
- management, environmental, social and governance performance, and legal activities:
- client contracts, partnership agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
- Compliance in accordance with the law and applicable regulations and codes of conduct.
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top
- down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships within the company.
- Creates environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the company’s mission, vision,
- values and empowers employees to be successful in delivering the best quality of
- products and services and encourages the maximum performance and dedication
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR strategy with proven record.
- Proven experience in a managerial roles
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain HR strategic plans.
- Ability to translate and communicate complex topics in a variety of forums, tailoring communications to effectively fit and influence the targeted audience, presentation and communication skills with proficiency in English both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication in English
- Age 42+
