Sme CRM Campaign

You will be a part of SME Business Team to drive the growth of a CRM program for SME users called “LINE Family Club” (LFC) in all aspects such as platform, branding, and privilege partners in order to grow and retain SME business users to continually using LINE for Business products.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead, plan, and conduct LINE Family Club’s branding and communications by collaborating with external agencies and Marketing & Communications team
- Initiate acquisition campaigns, upselling campaigns, and big campaigns to grow the number of new members and revenue within the given budget
- Initiate and operate acquisition campaign content management via internal media such as LINE Family Club Official Account, LINE for Business Official Account, LINE Ads, and external media
- Identify users’ needs in terms of campaigns and communications that are of value to target users by conducting research, both quantitatively and qualitatively
- Track and analyze campaign performance as well as develop proactive improvement plans
- Lead, plan, and execute any events (webinar, workshop)
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing & Communications, Advertising Business, Engineering, and others cross-functional teams to ensure the plans are well-executed and delivered within set timelines
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, CRM, Business Development & Partnerships, E-commerce, Communications, or any related field
- Deep interest in CRM, digital ecosystem, technology, and business innovations, and eagerness to continuously learn
- Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies and implement tactics that deliver team results
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to speak in public as a spokesperson and keep good relations with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and creation of complex project plans and analysis
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous background in CRM or/and partnership management
- High sense of ownership to deliver the success of project on hands
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally and building consensus, coupled with effective project management expertise
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, data-driven with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Methodical, well-organized, detail oriented
- Flexible team player who possesses self-initiative, leadership skills, and can-do attitude
